Order Timeline
Orders for the Nursing program will be complete by the week of Dec. 18 prior to our holiday shutdown. Customers who need their orders in time for Christmas must be able to pick up in store that week, or otherwise choose the flat rate shipping option to have their orders sent to their home address if they a) will not be in North Bay to pick up or b) will not be returning to the North Bay campus for second semester.
NOTES
"Add name' - if "Yes" to 'Add Name' is selected, by default, names are put on the left sleeve of shirts/jackets, and on the back side of headwear unless otherwise requested or specified in the Comments of the order.
By default, orders set for 'Free Pickup' must be picked up from our North Bay location. Some ordering programs may be picked up en masse by a program organizer to be distributed at the school, business, etc...

Any item order through the King Sportswear website is a "made-to-order" custom piece. Therefore, apparel that meets the specifications set out on the order form (size, colour, logo, etc...) cannot be refunded. We ask that all customers refer closely to the sizing chart links available on each product page to make sure that what they are ordering is right for them.
King Sportswear is not responsible for any orders not picked up 90 days after the order close date.
