Order Timeline
King Sportswear strives to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Orders will typically be ready approximately 4 weeks* (or 6 weeks for items labelled 'Custom' in item title) after the posted "Order Deadline" on the product page of the website. When orders are ready, customers will receive another email showing their order status updated to 'COMPLETED', at which time they will either be available for pick up at the shop, or be delivered out to customers who select 'Flat Rate' shipping at checkout. A tracking number will be provided to customers having their orders shipped.
* Online orders placed after Nov. 1 have no timeline associated and are not guaranteed by Christmas unless otherwise specified.
NOTES
"Add name' - if "Yes" to 'Add Name' is selected, by default, names are put on the left sleeve of shirts/jackets (in a heat transfer vinyl application), and on the back side of headwear unless otherwise requested or specified in the Comments of the order.
By default, orders set for 'Free Pickup' must be picked up from our North Bay location. Some ordering programs may be picked up en masse by a program organizer to be distributed at the school, business, etc...

Any item order through the King Sportswear website is a "made-to-order" custom piece. Therefore, apparel that meets the specifications set out on the order form (size, colour, logo, etc...) cannot be refunded. We ask that all customers refer closely to the sizing chart links available on each product page to make sure that what they are ordering is right for them.
King Sportswear is not responsible for any orders not picked up 90 days after the order close date.
